Trooper: Here's a feature that cams suggested a while ago (don't know if you saw)--when someone types a ricecop car ID, #8915 for example, have some way to automatically convert it to a URL so people don't have to scroll all the way back up to type it in.

#47, it just shows people in alphabetical order so you'll always be near the top. #43, I saw that but I didn't like the idea much. For example, this reply would contain two links to cars when all I wanted to do was direct the post at a particular person.

I could try the tag and see if it doesn't interfere with the url checker. I'll put something together a little later if I get a chance. I'd probably make it [pic] [/pic] or something to make it clear.

But it you're already typing in the whole tag thing why not just type the URL? How about a button down by the comment font tags list that you click on, it asks you for a car #, and then it will just type the link for you and you just type the #?

Ok, well I'll mess with it later. I could always change the url thing so it works differently too and is a tag.. like [a href="www.blah.com"]BLAH[/a] and then the link would just be blah. More work for you guys though..
