Yep, birds roosting in the rafters for years, and one good hit w/ a powersprayer, and that stuff will come right off, most animal crap just turns to dust when dry and flakes off anyway

Bird sh*t is acidic -- it eats paint...

Another thing is that you can get some horrible lung disease from breathing the dust from it -- it's some bacteria that lives in bird poop...

Hantaviris is contracted by inhaling dust mixed w/ rat guano, there's probably some nasty stuff in bird crap too, but speaking from experience, we've had stuff in barns crapped on, like this, and it really is easy to clean off, but yeah, he's gonna need a re-paint
