It's possible that all the doors are located on the right side of the limo. As such, I cannot say for certain that it's Photoshopped. It looks a little suspect to me, but there's nothing obvious enough (even under magnification that I can assert a certainty one way or the other.

I am surprised it doesn't sag in the middle, that wheelbase is the length of about 2 Corvettes, and yes, how the hell does it turn?
