I never saw it, but it couldn't be worse than Rockin' With Satan.

You're all wrong, worst movie ever, by far, is House of the Dead.

#23, The New Guy, even Henry Rollins couldn't save that one. Also, Dumb and Dumberer, I walked out of that one after 15 minutes of my life were wasted.

Trust me, the worst movie ever made is going to be something non-theatrical. Them Damn Zombies, Curse of the Canibal Confederates (which holds the title of the worst movie I've ever seen), Children of the Living Dead, and many of cheapo backyard productions are the worst movies ever made.

On a similar note, if you ever see an action movie called Recoil coming on The Movie Channel (it sometimes does), WATCH IT. It was so awful it was downright hilarious. Would have made a great episode of MST3K.

#24, I haven't seen the sequel, but the original Dumb and Dumber was bad enough.

To illustrate just how terrible HotD was; during the action scenes they used actual scenes from HotD2 for Dreamcast, and it was an edited version with green blood no less. And when they weren't "seamlessly" integrating game scenes, they used a crappy-looking Matrix effect every 2 seconds or so. Also, when a character died, the camera rotated around them while the screen faded to red. I'm almost surprised it didn't say something along the lines of "game over" or "you are dead" when it happened.

#29, I swear, in a few years, all movies will be using that Matrix effect. In police dramas, they'll be standing around the coffee machine having a conversation and suddenly the camera will pan all the way around them in slow motion. In soft-core pornos, they'll do it during sex scenes. In melodramas, they'll do it every time someone cries.

#31, "In soft-core pornos, they'll do it during sex scenes." I really hate to think what they'd do with the Matrix bullet-time effect there. Or even worse, hardcore porn. >_<

Well, about the "bullet-time sex scene" thing, they sort of did that in Desperado back in '95, but not quite. It was similar.

This movie is a guilty-pleasure for me. It's wildly uneven, but has enough funny moments to warrant rewatchings.

I've stayed away from the sequel, hearing all of the negative scuttlebutt about it, even from people that enjoyed the first.
