Okay you got me there. But for the most part, thier US production lineup has been alright. Don't know what the hells been happening lately... Maybe they fired a few design engineers... |

Sampo, are you referring to Scions? I think it would be worth it just as sort of a "protest buy". If enough people buy Scions (and I'm sure they'll sell well), other automakers are going to start following the Scion formula of tailoring cars to customers. I'd be happy to be one of the many to show those shitwads in Detriot the what-for.
BTW, they actually sound like nice cars, to boot. But they aren't exactly beauty queens. |

The only Japanese cars that look good are the ones that rip off other cars (e.g. the NSX, the 240Z, etc.)
Once they started making original designs they looked like ass (e.g. any new Toyota). |

Yes, I'm referring to the Scions. Toyota may have a good concept but they've got a hideous package for it. |

#46, Well, ugly I can handle. I'd rather drive an ugly car with the options I want than a gorgeous car that I'm forced to swallow "standard features" on. |

So what, I'm alone in thinking the Skyline is an overpriced shitbox? Come on, it's BARELY in the same class as the F-bodys, but cuz it's made in Japan, every high school dipshit trying to feign intelligence plays it off like the thing is lined in gold. |

#51, The Skylines are okay, but I really don't see them as being special. They're bland as hell. |

All Japanese cars are overpriced. Look at the NSX.
I agree that it's overrated, but I won't go so far as to call it a "shitbox". |

The NSX is useless. If Mopar, Ford, or GM tryed to make something that pathetically lacking in torque, style and practicality all in one package with such a huge pricetag, they'd be laughed out of Detroit. But it's Honda, so they can do no fucking wrong. |

The NSX IS useless. But GM still copied the styling for the Corvette. |

#57 Oh, get off it. You're nuts. The 'Vette has looked like that for 20 years, they just rounded off the corners. 'Vette designers only steal from people with decent designs, i.e. within GM. |

When was the NSX introduced? 1989? When was the C4 introduced? 1984?
I think that says it all. |

#59, I think he meant the C5 copied the styling. Honestly, I don't see one hint of similarity anywhere. |
