Well, I blame GM for giving up...... the performance market is there, the sales of Mustangs proove it, the fact that GM somehow couldn't keep (or didn't want to be bothered keeping) the F-body fresh and exciting, well, it's inexcuseable

hell yeah it does, i hate the looks of the newest mustangs (to me the last Fox-bodies will always be the best late model stang) but i would kill for a 03 Cobra for the simple fact of 390hp, 6 speed tranny, and a factory warranty

#74, It wasn't the performance market that killed it, which is both sad and understandable. V6 Mustang Secretary Specials are what keeps the line alive. The V6 Camaro/Firebird just didn't sell as well. GM could make actual money making Escalades, so they did that. They ARE a business.
