my mom had one just like this one but she sold it for $250, and the only thing wrong was the passenger side floor pan had rusted out

I had a buddy who had the King Cobra version of the Mustang II and it still ran like crap. All tape stripes and no go...

Yeah, the Cobra/King Cobra Mustang II packages were pretty much just exterior dressup.
