Replace those stock steelies with somthing tastefull from the 15'' or 16'' rack, and this would kick ass (and I think it's a Caprice)

#4, i have to problems with those tires, the suck on dirt (atleast on my car) and they dont smell right when you smoke them

i can buy one of these for 1000 bucks (cdn)... originally from califrornia, but is now in canada... so... no rust at all...
