It's a Tibouron trying to look like a Celica. Riceboys have no pride in the company that made their cars...there are DSMs, Focii (plural of Focus), and many other compacts with Integra front ends...would you ever see a Charger with a Matador front end? Or a Camaro with a Mustang front end? NO! Because true car fanatics are proud of the company who made their cars. Then again, how could you be proud of a Hyundai?

A Korean that isn't proud of their Korean cars........but it is the only make car you will ever see in South Korea. Everyhing is Hyundai.

Isnt the tiburon a decent car anywhere but the US? I'm pretty sure that elsewhere its twinturbo and all wheel drive... (All I'm explaining away is the hood scoop)

Nope, it's the same car all over the world (Except it's simply called the Hyundai Coupe elsewhere in the world.) There are professionally tuned Tibos with AWD and TT I'm sure, but there probably isn't many of them. And they're probably ALL used for rally racing.
