#6, It was like that in Ottawa. After the 2001 amalgation it was changed to blue and white. Not many smaller street signs are blue on older streets. I have a Vanier Parkway sign in my room that is green. They used to be white and black but its rare to find those still in use.

And old city of gloucster road are yellow and green, still common in the south/east
