Altered wheelbase (shortened) '56 (I *think*) Nomad. No, it doesn't look right, because it's been mutilated. And I believe the wheels are the same size. It's an optical illusion... due to the wheelwell design we can see more of the front wheel than we can the rear.

It'd make a very interesting full-out drag racer I think...looks like a lot of room under the hood, and a lighter drivetrain...better get some wheelie bars perhaps though...

It's definitely a 4 door wagon that's been shortened into a 2 door.
