#19, Second that. The Bullitt was more of a novelty model than anything else, and most of the better trim bits (billet pedals and shift knob, etc.) are available aftermarket, or have been "cloned" by aftermarket manufacturers. |

I love the wheels on them. I tried to squeeze a set on my ZX2, but they'd need rubber bands, and I refuse to ride on rubber bands. |

#23, On the Mach 1? Yeah, probably; and if you're just aiming for dragstrip performance, it's a better platform than the '01 Cobra because of the solid-axle rear and such.
I still wish Ford would stop producing this modular-engine crap. I'd rather have a 302 or a 351W than a 4.6 that had to be recast in iron in order to withstand supercharging. |

#27, You know you really want a 3.8L. C'mon, changing the headgaskets every 80,000 miles is fun! :-P |

#21, not really, it had the then cobra transmission, same gears as the cobra, and much better handling of the GT |

#29, That I did not know. I guess that's almost enough to warrant the higher price, but didn't some later-model GTs come with a beefed up transmission anyway? |

The Bullitt also had cool retro interior. The seats of the Bullitt were praised by reviewers, whereas the seats in all other 'stangs are panned by critics. |

#31, Meh, they're not the best, but not so bad, either. The Bullitt interior treatment was nice, but I am getting tired of how Ford has released so many "special edition" Mustangs that I can't keep track. |

#32, It's utilitarian, but it's not bad once you get used to it. I like how simple the general layout is from the driver's point of view. |
