The V6 still has some kick to it. Not sure if the mods add any power, but it gets going pretty well. Helluva lot faster than my Oldsmobile Achieva S (115HP, 3 speed auto). Heh, I push the gas on the Olds and 13 seconds later I'm at 50MPH.. :D
EDIT: I'm a student going to high school, definately don't have money for gas + insurance on a Z28/SS. Keep in mind I make like 40 bucks a week working 5 hours :(

#10, Ahh i know the fealing of taking 30 seconds to get up to highway speeds....
But still though!
You coulda got something way faster for less money, granted it would of had a lot worse milege but hey thats what you get when you want something fast... |

#11, Hmmm, what kinda car could I have got that's faster and cheaper? Don't think a Z28/SS would be less than I paid for the V6, plus gas and insurance would KILL me in the long run. If I ever get a 2nd job I'll have some project money to spend on this car... if I got my way I'd have a turbocharged V6 :D |

#15, If you want to go for RWD you could og the route my freind did and get a El Camino for 2k but it gets like 8mpg so thats what I meantioned about the you go faster you waste more gas bit...
But you could always look for a 80's Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth and get em going fast, have good milege, and dont have to pay out of the ass for insurance but the problem is that they are fwd >_< |

#16, Hmmm, true. The only bad thing is that they are old cars. I'm happy with my car that's relatively new (98). Hopefully it will last me for a while, as I don't have money to buy another car. |

Nice, but that's not fair. I've never even got on the Non Rice Top 10 with my car, and I've been here forever. |
