the reason people do that to their car is not to elude to smoke but rather show in a way that they have an air ride. i think its pretty stupid and continue to not really understand this concept, if you wanted to show people your car is on bags, then put it in a three wheel stance or something. the cotton just looks gay.

I've said it numerous times...it has nothing to do with tire smoke. It came from the mini truck crowd of the early '90s....instead of cleaning your wheelwells and undercarriage for a show, you just stuff cotton balls in there to hide it.

Can the rims even support the weight of the car? They look really thin but then again it could just be all that cotton. LOL
