Not a Neon...appears to be a Sentra or Civic from the rear windows. What's with the puzzle pieces?

It's obvious the mirrored puzzle pieces are accessories about to be bolted or glued onto the body to add bling-bling and, of course, horsepower.

Actually I saw a Maxima with lights JUST like this. The stock lights are ugly on those cars, but altezzas aren't an improvement either.
