It's functional! It gives you more space to put things if you're going on a trip. It probably doesn't belong on a TT, but it IS funcional none-the-less...just not for performance.

hah, i saw a TT in orlando, fl driving around, I offered to trade cars with them but they just laughed and drove away, fast, well faster than me anyway.

Ummm...... no. That's about the ugliest factory option going, short of the Aztec's tent. But at least that's good for something, this thing's friggin' backwards! The luggage would slide right off the back, even tied down. Here's a question, are the TTs AWD? I'm just curious, I thought I heard somewhere they were.

They are both AWD and FWD.
