Here's an engine shot of the puke green civic that the looser owner claimed to have a blower in.

small displacement engines actually take a crap load of room - especially with the over-head cams and the associated hardware for the OHC or DOHC cams to work. They are especially 'long' from top to oil-pan. Personally I think a small block is much more compact overall!!!

#6, I think he mistakenly said "smallblock", since most smallblock V8's are OHV.

And yes, the 4.6L Fords (and even worse, the 5.4s) are very large for smallblock V8s; they've got external dimensions approaching that of a big-block, mainly due to the room required for the cam hardware.

#6, those aren't small blocks. atleast not to most people. OHC=/=small block

#9, And it definitely is. Even if I had two more cylinders, I'd still have tons of room around my engine, since my car's engine bay is designed to fit something with OHC.

HUM, the section of intake, narrow diamond cross section, middle of bottom edge could an electric fan the amature "tuners" call a hyper-charge. I see 12V lead going to the object. wouldn't do nothing but make the check engine idiot light go on once in a while.

What really sets off this engine's potential is the special breather cap on the camshaft cover. I mean, look at it! That's really high performance. He went to a lot of trouble to install that thing.

It's rather obvious that the majority of the money spent on this vehicle was used solely for the purpose of making it look like crap. 27148

so this guy did nothing to the engine? Spent $20,000 to make it look like it came out of a goat's butt and left the engine stock.
