I always got annoyed because the designs were so simple. I would tear them appart after I built them and make something cooler.

There are apparently people out there who build engineered replicas of construction equipment out of legos. This webiste has trucks and forklifts etc, with WORKING PNEUMATIC systems! unbelievably cool!

Lego rules!

I still have some uncompleted Technic model around here. It was orginally some AWD truck - but i converted it into a rear-engined V8 - rear wheels stearing - front wheel drive - 1 speed manual piece of shit!! It rocks because it's absolutlely junk!!

we had a class in school that we built working models of transmissions and lawnmowers and different things like that out of legos.
