Try Windsor Pilates, my wife does that so she can still eat her candy and not get huge.
Ok, I should shut up now, shouldn't I? |

#220, How long has this diet "fad" been around? My mom said she knew someone who lost a lot of weight on it when she was a teenager. Doesn't sound like a fad to me so I'm not worried. |

#220 I understand your point, but I'd really like to get to a goal weight and then continue with the exercise cause I have about 77 more pounds to loose and I like it coming off fast, believe me. I am exercising now too though.
#221 I have a copy of the pilates abs tape, haven't done it yet though. I'd like to though |

It started as a legitimate tip to help her, then I realized I was discussing weight with a woman and my life flashed before my eyes....so I shut up. :) |

As long as you keep your wife laughing, you're safe. At least that's my experience. :) |

#222, Atkins is a fad...it's been around for years, but it's only become maintstream in recent years.
Also, you will regain the weight if you ever go off the diet. You might even get heavier than you used to be. However, if you don't go off the diet, you will continue to lose weight. |

#233, You will regain the weight if you go off ANY diet completely. At the end you go into "maintenence" (like a partial diet). |

Drinking water actually helps more than you can think. Start replacing sodas with water....and in restaurants, ask for a water with a lemon. People think drinking DIET SODA is a diet, when in reality, it's still soda...just with fake sugar. |

I don't plan on ever going back to my old way of eatting. I will do like the book says and slowing add back in carbs till you get at a level where you don't loose and don't gain. I've always loved running. I was skinny in high school and ran every day. I can't really run right now for very long. And my damn huge boobs...lol... I need to purchase a very good sports bra... |

#238, I say those words too "damn huge boobs" but it's more like - "Damn! Huge boobs!" |
