#7, Paint Shop Pro is cheaper [/shameless plug]
Also, the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Project) is free, but it's sometimes difficult to use and it can be hard to find a distribution for Windows. |

#18, Mainly because using a raster draw/paint program like Paint Shop or Photoshop is really not the ideal way to handle this kind of stuff. I bet if I was using a vector-art program, like Illustrator, I could tear through these pretty fast. :) |
