I've had my old Legacy maxed out at 180 kph. Which would be around 110 ish? Damn Japanese imports with their 180 kay speed cuts. That said, I still managed to do a gravel inspection at the end of the straight...
Fastest car I've been in is New Zealand's quickest street legalSupra, owned by a mate of my boss', who also owns a Mark 4 TT. At the time, it was doing high 10's/low 11's with ~450 rwkw. Now it's got something like 700 kilowatts at the wheels, and it runs low/mid 9's. That was scary. Laggy as fuuuuuck, but when the boost hit, it HIT.

118 in the stock MR2 before the 20V swap, 140 or so afterwards... never maxed the 16V but I'd guess about 125 or so limited by RPM. |
