Can anyone tell what kind of motor that is? Probably a Chevy SB, they're easy to obtain even in the UK.

Judging by the headers and the valve covers, it looks to me like an old Ford "Cobra" engine. 427, maybe? [Edited by TinIndian on 9-12-2002 @ 01:59:15 PM]

I'm pretty sure it's a small block, to fit in the back of a Mini. Probably a 289. But still....that's a lot of motor for this sucker.

#17, Yeah, but compare the size of the engine to the size of the car. Thinking in terms of scale, a BB would look a bit bigger than this. Maybe the wheel flares are throwing me off, but I still think it's a SB.
