#22, I wish we could have a magazine-style competition between stang392's Stang and Lemming's Stang when they respectively get finished being modified....

#23, we should have an all-around riceornot track day. would be interesting to say the least, with LordFlux on top and who knows on the bottom (maybe Senskehemet's car?)

#24, No. My car would be the worst. If there was a "Track Day" for Rice or Not members, my car would probably be used as the golf-cart to get people to and from between the prep area and the track.

#25, I was going to add something like, "...that is, if stang392 or Lemming ever actually DO get 'finished' with their cars to their satisfaction" but decided against it. Didn't want to insinuate anything.

Of course, by the time I am done with my Volvo, I will also have a Grand National or something to that effect. So which should I bring? :P

#28, chances are I will be like this other fox owner I know, he has a roots blown built 347. he is running low boost and still puts out almost 500hp to the wheels. thats without his nitrous he has as an aftercooler. he just got the engine togather in its current form and is already looking to tear it down

true car enthusiasts never finish a project. If they do, they sell it and get a new one.

#32, true, but there are points where you are done for the time being.

#32, ...what do you call people who buy a car with a project planned for them, but never quite get started, and just the car sit for decades? (My father bought his '32 Olds in the mid-'70s, and he hasn't done anything to it since the late '70s, which is the last time it actually ran.)

#35, My father's far from broke. He just never gets around to the Olds. He's always tinkering with the 341 Hemi in his DeSoto, or maintaining his '81 Vette (from what I hear, he just replaced the entire brake system and exhaust system, and did some suspension work, with a little help from my sister)

#38, I was mostly kidding. My friend is one of those broke asses. He has three cars (a 71 Grand Prix and a 79 Buick Regal and a 72 Ford Maverick) that are in a perpetual state of non-running because he can't afford to fix them.

#31, 79HP (uh... when it was new), 950 kilos. Low and wide, two anti-roll bars but skinny tires and front heavy. Wish I had a 2.0 150HP and some trunk to balance the car better... *sigh*
