#2, Steak and shake has the smallest freaking burgers around, and they're expensive to boot. No thanks. Whataburger for me. Oh, and this used to be my favorite burger too...

I've been to a Steak and Shake before... good burger. Small, but good, but a little pricey. The shakes are Godlike though *drool*

Since I work at McD's, I get discounts on food there, so I go there more often than I used to (which was 'never'), Wendy's and Burger King have better burgers, and Wendy's Frosty is awesome. Wendy's fries suck though.

One thing I remember about our trip to Pennslivania a few years ago is going to eat at Friendly's in Gettysburg and seeing a Renault Encore in the parking lot.

#10, YES, the fries are awful. and they is never enough ketchup on the burger. but still i feel just better than mcdonalds. My drem fast fod meal, Wendy's triple classic, MCdicks fries and a old school glass 710 bottle of coke.

#5, they are pricey and on the small side but they're good. steakburger+cheese fries+shake=win.

I loved mcdonalds fries when I was a kid, they just don't do it for me anymore.
Sonic is pretty good too. my current working lunch is a cheeseburger and fries at wendy's, a little salt helps the fries out significantly.

There used to be a Checkers restaurant near me, and they had pretty good burgers, great waffle fries, and they also had "Texas Chili Fries" which was the most awesome tasting heart-attack platter I've ever had.

There's a Sonic near here too...I always sit in the center section, and they have good food. I never get served in my car there because I don't have any cup holders.
