#23, Try here first.
http://www.diecastmuscle.com/index.jsp

then go here they have good prices.
www.mikes-racing-and-diecast.com

and here is a website that has diecast auctions, some pretty good stuff.
www.gomotorbids.com

Aussie cars are quite expensive as most of the Holdens and HSV models are for the Aussie market only and they are priced at around $80 and than factor the shipping charges to the U.S and it goes over the $100 mark.

Let's try something with this thread... list what you're bidding on (if anything), and you don't necessarily have to provide links, just state the items...

Me (all 1/64 Nascar diecasts, being the white trash redneck that I am):

-- 1980 #2 Wrangler Monte Carlo
-- 1990 Days of Thunder 5 car set
-- 1985 #22 Miller American Monte Carlo

I got a question :

When you win and your item gets shipped.. how is it shipped and how much time does it take ?

#34, It depends on how the seller prefers to ship, and how long determines on how they decide to ship it and how long it takes the seller to get off their ass and actually ship the item.

I once had an item show up less than 48 hours after I won and paid for the auction, and had another one show up the very next day... of course, that guy was in Tampa.

Then again, I've had sellers sometimes take a couple of weeks... a seller will usually list what shipping methods they use on the auction. Also, international shipments will take at least two weeks. I've gotten stuff from Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy, Great Britain, etc...

#35, In Poland Ebay is overshadowed by Allegro.
A propos shipping, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) managed to lose a package headed to me... containing a car seat. Gosh, buddy, it must've fell into some crack in the floor.

#37, So he shipped it yesterday? Or the Thursday of LAST week?

UPS Ground shipping should take about 4-5 days... I'm tracking a package from RIGHTstuf via UPS right now, and it got held up at Atlanta, so it's gonna take about 6 days to get here.
