The clearcoated carbon fiber hood, the "I heart JDM" sticker, and those side mirrors all together earn it at least a 3.

I don't mind it bare for small trim pieces (especially in the interior), but I've always felt that for entire body panels it should be painted. Bare just makes the car look unfinished.
