The CV looks like it was sitting on steelies when the picture was taken so yes, I figure it did. And both being plain white, I wouldn't be surprised if they've both received some kandy krap paint job.

#15, The Crown Victoria is probably green now, with "Pine Sol" on the side of it, and the Roadmaster is probably purple, with "Good 'n Plenty."
