It's just....bizarre. Kind of gimmicky, though, considering without the red tires it would be a clean, but very generic deuce.

I'd like of like to do burnouts with red tire smoke, though. >:)

#11, I see what you did there.

And these colored tires had the same issue they had when they were briefly made in the early 1900s: The treads always end up black anyway, because roads are dirty.
