Description:
Heh... y'all have probably never seen the interior of the Mirage, eh? Well, here it is... the "racing" pedals were there when I bought the car... the steering wheel cover and fuzzy dice are my "mods" :P
If you look through the bottom hole of the steering wheel, you can see the gap where a radio should be... and yes, the A/C still blows ice-fucking-cold. ^_^ |

#20, Heck, alot of of 80s cars in general had that problem. I notice it's common with 1st gen Ws and Corsicas/Berettas too. It appears to be a common US auto trait, er problem. |

#21, I've seen some many formerly red mid-90's japanese cars. I've said it before, but parts of my friends integra were going very pink very fast. |

I can't drive without music, at least in traffic when I'm not having fun. I've taken boomboxes with me on several occasions when for one reason or another, my stereo wasn't working. |

My family has had two steering wheel cover similar to that....my sister had one in her '89 LeBaron, and my parents had an identical one in their '92 Crown Victoria. On those, though, the black leatherette sections had some sort of nobby material sticking up to massage the palms of the driver. Felt kinda weird.
I remember many times now coasting down backroads at ~50mph on my way to town in the Crown Victoria, one arm out the window and the other resting on that nobby bit at the top of the wheel. |

#30, ROFL.
I love steering wheel covers. I guess that makes me kinda wierd? I also love music when I'm driving. I have a varietied taste, so I guess I listen to different stuff based on the mood I'm in. |

#28, All knobby, furry and/or slippery wheel covers have no place in my car. I need to have the best grip possible as far as steering wheel goes. There is a faux leather cover in my father's car but only because the rim of the wheel was too thin for good grip and comfort.
For my car I found a steering wheel that probably comes off a GT Turbo version. Looks like a Sparco knock-off, has 3 spokes and is covered in a kind of soft-ish rubber-ish foam thingy. Perfect. I also have an extender to move the wheel closer to the driver but I'll probably get a longer one (right now I have a proper arm position but curled-up legs: I need to get me an old Impala or something, I'm 185cm). |

#33, Yeah, looks good. I bet it's comfy too, the rim is pretty thick.
