I hate these, Equinoxes, Edges, hell I hate msot crossovers. The only things I like are the Mazda CX7 and the (if you can call it a crossover) Nissan Murano.

Yeah, so the "R/T" comes with a 4.0 Liter 6 cylinder, but it's AUTO ONLY. Nice.

This thing looks like they pulled a grille off some 1980s Dodge pickup, stuffed it on a Jeep body and added Durango fenders. This thing is abominably ugly

To me, the base models aren't even trying; they look and feel cheap. The R/Ts are trying to hide their cheapness, but its impossible. Even the details look chintzy, and undoubtedly worse when said trim is chromed.
Also, there were a few made with a stick mated to the 3.7. It feel like driving a compact school bus.
