This is the shittiest thing I've seen in a long time. I will never understand why people spend so much money on totally bleh cars like the 98-03 Malibu and the Corsica. I could understand some half-wit kid tossing some cheesy looking chrome wheels on it but to spend all these thousands of dollars on it just plain baffles me. |

#5, you don't see me ricing out the Monte. Also, I know it's not a performance, and I don't intend it to be one.You have a Beretta so you don't have room to yap. Oh, also I see you're keen on saying that everytime I post something on a GM car that I don't really like. |

#4, It's a cheap car to buy your new driver, engines and parts don't cost as much and they're reliable enough to commute a few miles to work and school everyday in mild weather without having to worry seriously about reliability. Basically a high school kid's car.
Why and how this person got this car sponsored for aftermarket parts is beyond me. But I guess if they could bring home enough dinky little ricer trophies they'll think it's worth it.
#6, I'm fairly positive that's the fourth gen Grand Am aftermarket bumper from Erebuni or Xenon or some damn place, look how well it matches! :p

#8, and I use mine for the first thing you described. It's something for me to drive that I am not bored by the styling of. |

then thats the reason why you buy one. i found it ironic that youd ask why someone would buy a car so similar to yours. |

#10, I thought he implied these are not good "tuner" cars, which they aren't, so I answered him as a "why buy it for "pimping?" |

My family had a Corsica hatch back in the mid nineties, paid 4 grand for it, nice little machine. Sold it to my aunt who still drives it today, not a spot of rust on it. |

Most domestic Rice around here comes in the form of the Dodge/Plymouth Neon. But the Neon couldn't really be lumped in with the N or L bodies seing as how the first gen ACR came with the aftermarket shocks, struts and anti-sway bar and did so well in the SCCA competitions, then there's the SRT-4s turbo'd goodness. But that isn't to say the nineties base models could sometimes be serious crap.
