Not likely. The rear of the bike is actually touching the ground and the fat guy would never be able to hold on that long. Probably die of a heart attack from trying to hold on that long. That would not be easy for some one as overweight as he is.

It is possible for bikes to lean back this far; I have a model of a Ducati 996 here that will easily stand on its tail. It wouldn't be able to move, though -- at least, not at a speed above a crawl, as there's very little weight on the rear wheel itself. (On the Duc the rear wheel doesn't even touch the ground -- although that could just be a quirk of the model.)
