I only like older ones. Volvos made after 1993 don't interest me.
Prior to that, I suppose it's the combination of build quality, rear wheel drive, and quirky looks that I dig.

#28, I can understand that. They really aren't for everyone. Anyone would really have to drive one (and I mean a good one) to understand it. But even then, it doesn't lend itself to everyone's taste.

Just took the car out for a spirited drive yesterday up in the hills. Damn this thing can hang corners like nothing! I was with a Lotus Elise, a track prepped Miata and a Mustang with sway bars and I was taking the lead on most of the run.
Granted, the Miata was right on my ass most of the time, but I was right on his ass when he was leading too.

I figure its probably making around 180ish hp. Maybe 140 at the wheels. I'm not entirely sure, as it isn't entirely stock, but its pretty close.
I want to do what it takes to bump it into the 14s for now so it remains daily driverable. Then after finishing my other 242, it will get a 16v swap >:)
