'70. Note the front wheelwells. the old 429 lump was so heavy that the lips on the wheelwells had to be rolled for clearance. |

i read in a mag once where i guy took out the factory 429 and had the NASCAR spec engine but in, no thats just all out badass |

as if a boss 429 wasn't enough. For those who don't know, a Boss 429 (like a Boss 302) is a 429 with HEMI HEADS!!!!!!! |

Boss 429s didn't have a stripe. That was the Boss 302. |

#7, I've heard of that car, I believe the NASCAR 429 was installed by the dealer when the car was new. I'll bet that thing did some cooking back in the day. |

OIC. Yes, the Boss 351s had stripes similar to the '71 Mach 1 but with a slightly different hood stripe. |
