Northstar V8 powered Delorean... $20k Conversion, and well worth it considering the
underpowered v6 the thing came with standard.... I'd drive it. |

i'll tell u what, when u have just headers running to the flowmaster, no cat no resinator... sounds like the world is comeing to an end.... i was tuning my car in the garage and had been reving it up to 4 grand i was trying to find leaks in the intake and my neighbor called and asked if i had heard that awful thunder

i'm sure it does, however i'll take the sound of a camed out v8 with headers no cats and flowmaster, but thats just me, i wouldn't mind putting headers on my moms car but thats money i could put into my stang, thats why i'm wanting to do stuff thats cheap

dodge makes a 3.5 liter V6 too, they put it in the intrepid R/T.

I used to have a 95 Lumina LS that had a 210hp 3.4 DOHC in it. It was quite a sleeper.

I've seen stuff like this before. The engines they came with were crap, but the engine compartment was actually huge. And they're still insanely cool cars. If I got one, it would end up like this, or maybe a GN 3.8. Probably the 3.8 because it's lighter and I'd want to build a corner carver out of it. Autocrossing DeLorean... mmm...
