Sounds like it means to have it lowered with bad camber and wheels that are too big to safely handle.

I got the impression that it meant rolling up the bottom of the body so you could lower the car more, or use bigger wheels. But I could be wrong.

Re 18: "Sand in the vaseline" refers to anything that is painfully messed up
Re 19: I don't really understand, but I'm guessing it means that now the tires are outside the wheelwells and the person has to roll the fender openings out to cover them.
After reading all that nonsense, it sure seems to me that riceracers are more about talking and posturing than real racing. I was proud of my old Nova 350 when I was in HS but I never turned it into a sex object the way these guys seem to do with their cars...

my friend put sugar in his ex's car. she drove it to school and right when she got to the parking lot her engine seized and the car skidded to a halt...it was so funny lol

Tubbing is when you cut out the stock wheelwells in the back and weld in oversized "tubs" (larger wheelwells) to accomodate larger tires, often used in the case of Pro Stock cars with narrow rears. You guys need to go to a domestic car show. =)
