Description:
"The sales staff at this Lexus dealership speak 20 languages, but even they were lost for words when a customer pressed the throttle instead of the brake of his new GS430, hit an entry ramp at 85mph and flew into a row of cars. Amazingly, no one was injured, but the motors were less fortunate: 18 were damaged, including six write-offs, and the Californian dealer now faces a massive repair bill" |

This is the worst kind wreck, seeing brand new cars getting wrecked and they didn't even leave the lot...I don't care if I see one Viper wrecked, I could care less, but if I see a row of vipers wrecked and it doesn't have a dickhead owner at fault then that makes me mad

Obviously the guy was traveling fast to begin with. It said he hit the gas instead of the brake....meaning he was already traveling which necessitated his use of the brake, but he hit the gas and sped up instead.

I hit the brake instead of the gas all the time in the Brick, because the gas is right against the console and the brake pedal is HUGE. But I've never hit the gas instead of the brake.

I'm guessing he's 18, getting his (or her, idiocy can be one either side) first car, and that previous to it, he or she had only been chaffeured around in a streched Excursion limo. I'll further wager that this won't show up on his or her insurance.
