I found this monstrosity in a mall parking lot, and I ran to buy a disposable camera JUST to take pictures to share with my Ricecop friends! You probably can't read his huge lists of "sponsors" on both sides of the car, but the "sponsor" that I noticed first was FILA! HAHAHAHAHA! This may be the future #1 ricer! VOTE 10's AND VOTE OFTEN!!!!!!!!

What are hoods like that for, anyway? The GT40 had it, as well as the Shelby Series 1.

Heat extractor. As air flows over it, it creates a partial vaccum which helps suck more air through the radiator.

#23, Yeah, when all that NAWWSSS gives all the hamsters asthma, you NEED that air extractor...

#22, Oh, yeah, he's definitely going to need that when he's screaming along at 40mph.

Well, it's obviously not terribly functional on a car like this, but sampo was asking why they put it on so many extreme high-performance cars like the Series 1, the GT40 (Shelby Daytona, too, I think), and so on. It's supposed to improve cooling. I think they've even put one on the current Mustang Cobra.

#28, Well, that's his secret--he's trying to pull off the FWD drag car look. Failing miserably, but he's trying :-)

I have a friend with a '96 Altima who's missing a cap. It looks stupid, I've been tempted to buy him a hubcap. He's getting rid of it for a 350Z though. Yuck.
