Yeah...but they were Carbon Fiber, so the owner just had to have them (even though they make the car heavier instead of lighter)

If I had an Evo I would most definitely have a setup like that mounted all winter. When it's dark for more than 12 hours a day you can't have too many headlights. And if you watch rally you'd know that the cars are even lower than that when set up for the tarmac events. By that I don't mean to say that this one has ever seen a special stage...
