TinIndian liked the bodykit on the original picture, but the wing, paint, and wheels ruined it.

Well, at least this one doesn't look like it hit a zebra head-on.

Nah, but large portions of it had to be redrawn by hand.

The paint is a bit too flat. Makes it look like primer. Not bad at all, though.

The original didn't give me much to work with--the main body color was silver, which has virtually no color and no saturation, and to make matters worse, there were tons of graphics and stuff that I had to take off. I'm taking another pass at it right now to see if I can restore the range of brightness necessary to approximate gloss paint.

There, that's a little more vibrant.

#5, The problem isn't levels, if you want gloss you need to add highlights.

And that's what I just did.

The problem was that the initial retouching created large areas without highlights, and the original color was grey. It was a shade such that regular colorization didn't work well (it preserves highlights better), so I had to resort to a multiplication blend instead, which reduces the range of brightness.

Abso-smurf-ly gorgeous. Now a tasteful wing and a turbo (or supercharger, I'm not picky) and I'll buy it off ya. =)

At least it no longer has the NOPI banners and the zebra smeared all over it. :-)

Super Chargers are better then turbo chargers in almost everyway ..... You dont get turbo lag and you get more boost ...
