Description:
This is my '95 Dodge Neon Sport. Some people think it's ricey because of the tailights, and I want to see what others think. Personally, I do not like it's rice, and no, I'm not in denial about anything. :) |

#6, yeah, they are hubcaps. i'm currently a poor college student and can't afford wheels at the time being. i could get really cheap ones, but they're heavy and it wouldn't help my times at all.

I think having the flat black stealys would look hella better than those funky caps, Take those plastic things off!

I bought my Neon with those hubcaps. 2 days later I had new rims, I could not stand having plastic caps on my car.

HAHAHAHA!! Since when do new hubcaps help "times" anyways?
There are some REALLY fast Neons, as quick as 10-sec.
