Description:
Ford did some minor restyling to the ZX2 for 2003, it looks pretty nice, in my opinion.

They've been out for 5 years and nothing from ricers so far (taillights). Look how quick they murdered the Focus.

The last year they made Escorts was 2002. The ZX2 is scheduled to continue through 2004 or possibly 2005.

Not likely. Ford is even axeing the Taurus nameplate. They killed off the Escort because of the bad reputation that the name "Escort" has earned over years of breakdowns and problems. That's why they gave the ZX2 it's own nameplate WITHOUT the Escort name and stopped making every car with the Escort nameplate. Ford's new compact sedan is the Focus. They'll never bring the Escort back, at least with the name "Escort".
