Only thing about those seats is they are "Shells", meant for full-on racing, so I'm not sure about the comfort factor, but they are the design I want.

Probably not worth the extra money. Eliminating the O2 sensor means you have to go to a standalone engine management system, and emissions will be a pain. With a T28, which is still pretty small, a well made SMIC should do the job just fine depending on the amount of boost you're running. A FMIC never hurts, though. It's all a question of finances, a good FMIC can easily run around $1500.
