Lemming, use your uber-mod powers and make me #1 non-ricer. :) |

Can't do that, but with 58 votes, you're down to 3.07, so you're at least getting closer. |

#46, Speaking of which, how's the car now? I've read some of the stuff you've said on the forums. Still need to put more fuel through it to accomplish what you want, or are you happy with what you've got now? |

I still need the new fuel system, and an intercooler. The car would live without a new I/C, but I couldn't put out more than 14psi. The fuel system in it now is stock, and it already runs at the leaner end of stoich when I am at boost. Right now I have some things that need fixing (power steering resovoir leaks on Alternator belt, causing it to heat up and slip, Brake Master Cylinder has a small leak, and I need a new oil-pressure sending unit). Then I am gonna start in on the fuel system. |

But overall, it hasn't given me TOO much trouble, especially for a DSM. I am really enjoying it. It is so much better than the Civic (duh). The only thing I really miss about the Civic was getting 35mpg on regular. In the Talon I am lucky to get 25mpg on Premium. |

#50, Sounds like progress, anyway. And it's gotta be faster than what you had before :-) |

#52, Yeah. Hella better than the Civic. I still need to do some suspension work to get it on par with the Civic in that area (I like my cars to handle well), but it's still an awesome car. I'm trying to find a ricer to mess with :). |

#53, Actually, come to think of it, less than 20MPG, and during the peak of the summer when I was doing mostly short hops (and was having transmission problems!) I was getting around 13. |

#54, Y'see, that's one area where I have the advantage--there are tons of them around here. |

Guess someone is jealous? Or maybe just a bunch of fools who think any import is rice. |

my car - 13502 keeps getting jacked up.... was number 1 non-ricer, now it dropped off the board. Oh well, not many people like the old SS - think it is white trash. But I tell ya, it is a great car to work on. Lots of room... |
