Anyway this is about the 4th fastest (1/4mile time wise) WRX in the world. The other 3 are or were over here too at some time.

Because the car is from over here. And stock the 2doors run about 13s and this has had some serious work done to it. His problem now is traction even with the AWD system. And I have seen the vid of it go down the track and then the time of it. It said 11.0somethng.

They don't put rubber band tires on from the factory, and with rims THAT oversized, it's the only kind of tires you can fit on them.

I don't recall saying the tires are stock, whos gonna do all that engine work and then run on stock rubber.

Though you could be right, I browsed the Aussie subaru website and their WRX has a totally different rim design.
