Are those Union Jack flags a stock sticker option? Or do people just do it for the nostalgia? I've seen like 2 or 3 new Minis with them.....

#3, I believe they are an available dealer-installed/applied option. The new Mini apparently has a LOT of available dealer installed/applied options from what I've seen and heard.
