#22, yes they are, but a set of ~200 gears would fix that. and my stock engine took 150k of pure hell before it started to let go, and belive me i didn't take good care of it.

what it comes down to are your plans for the car, if your going o be upgrading alot of stuff the extra miles on the 'stang wouldn't neccesarily be an issue, same with stock performance. and the 302s can take quite a bit of punnishment. and of course we will recomend our prefrences (buy teh mustang!! :P) stang 392 will recomend the mustang, and sometime in the next couple of days superdave will come across this thread and tell you to buy the camaro

well i want a daily driver. kill some rice once and awhile. somthing reliable. i ahve always had a thing for mustangs. But i cant find one i really really like. 94and up are BLAND looking and 93 down are starting to get up in age.

#28, if your up for a little work, you can still find 93 down four bangers that are in pretty good shape, and cheap as hell. then just swap in a 5.0 and still have the insurance of a 4cyl

#35, 400hp ones, but there are other versions for higher prices. there are sites where you can get 347 short blocks for ~3k. best place to look is jeggs

T-TOPS!!!!
more power stock
6 speed (this to me is just one more gear then you really need)
