YES...THIS IS MY FRIEND'S!!!!!!!!!!!
It's not a HEMI, it's an upgraded engine though and yes...VERY FAST. It runs 12's on all motor, quicker if he decides to hook up some NAAAAWWWWWWWWSSSSSSS.

I never even saw it with his hood primered, he's always good at not leaving things unfinished, so he must've JUST gotten that hood in this picture.

The hood was painted black, and it looked very nice. Dodge Challenger-ish.

He's my friend, I've been in the car. Also, it was featured in a Mopar performance magazine with the article titled "Something old, something new." back in 1999.
