Damn. Just saw the ad.
Maybe it's a 5.0 liter V8 (305), and since he's an "import guy" and doesn't know anything but metric, perhaps he assuming that 5.0 = 302.
Which is doubly amusing, considering 302 actually = 4.9 liters (but we won't go there). |

it's actualy 4.9xxx but that doesn't work astecticly nor is it really feasable with the 4.9 in the trucks |

In any case it should round down to 4.9, but the Mustang was the first Ford to use liters, and Ford thought that the "Mustang 5.0" sounded tougher than the "Mustang 4.9".
Similarly, all Chevrolet SS396 cars manufactered 1970 - onward actually had 402 engines, but they left the "SS396" badges as they were for fear that "SS402" would confuse the customers.
