I really don't think I would mind driving this, as long as I kept the mindset that it is, in all definition, NOT intended for off-road travel. I do like some of the weird crap in the interior, but, I'm agreeing about 50/50 with most people in that the outside doesn't look too good. Especially with that cute little running board you need to get climb the 6 inches from the ground to the floor of this car. I think of it as a marginally cooler alternative to the minivan when it comes to having lots of cargo space. Also you can get it with stick. |

If I need lots of cargo space, give me a '58 Chevy sedan delivery any day.
Alternatively, a large, old station wagon or a '70s vintage custom van. |

#6 well, yeah...stuff like that is at the top of the list, but cost of ownership might be just a bit of a burden. |

It's uglier than an Aztek -- and I didn't think that was possible. |

#10, How so? New cars (even cheap ones) are expensive as hell. Considering I put 50k on my Camaro (which had over 100,000 miles on it) and only had one mechanical problem of any kind (alternator) I think is proof that used cars are typically cheaper to own. |

#12, Yes. For example: I could get an 80s 3-series for less than an Aveo. Guess which one I'd rather have. |
